Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is a system for releasing what blocks you. It’s funny looking and feels strange when you first do it because it consists of saying things while you tap key meridian points on your body. EFT operates from the principles used in acupuncture and follows those same meridians.
Developed over the years by collaborative efforts, the foremost teacher of EFT is Gary Craig and I’ve provided his brief video on the subject below. You must use EFT at your own risk, because this stuff really works and sometimes what floats to the top isn’t the cream.
The wonderful thing about EFT is that you can do it anywhere and immediately find relief from what’s bothering you. It helps to let go of your limiting emotional beliefs that you may carry within.
Based upon the age-old methodology of Chinese Acupuncture, EFT uses the same meridian lines in your body that acupuncture does. You tap on specific points on your body while at the same time while repeating your negative beliefs. After that is complete you do the cycle again only this time repeating the new positive belief.
